just got the new baby home the other day, have only driven it about 50 miles,, the car is exceptionally clean . I will have to get used to it,, and figure out how to get all the service work up to snuff. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
That is a real beauty, no badges and not red....it will really stand out and show very nice at any car show it goes in. Nice score.
I thought that one was "Grigio Alloy"...whatever it is I agree that its a very eye catching. I think the color is somewhat rare as well. Nice thing about boulder is that the snow comes and goes so fast you could probably enjoy it year round. I'll be the first to ask for an iconic photo with the flatirons in the background....or something else "artsy/cool" down by Pearl St. Enjoy in good health!
i will do my best for an artsy cool pic, thanks for the nioce words yes , but i have to write a post on how i lost my prev F car, a 456GT... because i drove it "year round"
yes , i know Dave for at least 10-12 yrs, from the time he was in the tiny shop in Bldr, he's a great resource,, i don't think i would have bought an F car if he were not here. i can't imagine going to a dealer for service
Here's a pix of Dave showing me something on the emerg brake on the 456 that i had ,, this is in his shop They are presently doing a restoration on a Daytona which is absolutely unbelievable, and 2 Porsches which all will be better than new Image Unavailable, Please Login
You could be quite correct on the Grigio Alloy. Bright sunshine lightens up Azzuro til the two are hard to tell apart in brightly lit pictures for me. It's gorgeous in either case
Stunning, congrats. I think that makes 4 new 575 owners here on Fchat in the last two weeks? Silver in CA (VOKS) Blue in DC (SilverF360) Grigio Alloy in CO (Boy Wonder) Nero in PA (yours truly)
I have always sold my Ferraris better than I received them. Hopefully the new care-takers will too. I have always thought of the 550 as a car I could drive anywhere yet modern successor to my most favorite Ferrari 275gtb. I have owned two 550's and still own one that I do not think I will ever sell.
yes, it sure is Grigio Alloy, as that's what's on the plate ,, i have trouble with the names , and when i am asked , i usually think, Pino Grigio
Plus semi-recently @SteveVT bought his black/black 575 (also with pretty low miles)....and a HOT price in a good way for Steve.
