I’ve been referred to these people before. https://www.houstonwheelrepair.org/ Be sure to cross shop a good used oem wheel on eBay and parts breakers. dep on the wheel damage an intended car use I would not repair certain damage. I generally only repair cosmetically not structural damage.
SABS is the place to go. They do amazing work. I have a set of magnesium alloy Tecnomagnesio wheels on my NSX that they recently repaired and refinished. They were in rough shape... out of round, lots of cracks, curbed badly. So much welding. I used SABS years ago for a bent BMW wheel and they did a good job. I googled them but could not find them. So thank you for the link.
