Did they drive it there with out an engine cover? Looks like a Euro car, especially like the roof mounted Ariel.

Yes the Dino appears to be painted the 1970's color Azzurro Dino. There was a RHD Dino in Australia painted this color to. Yes I do recall seeing the Speciale in that color with if I remember correctly a yellow stripe.
Taken this year! The battery went flat, so wrong date/time stamp. The car is now nearing completion. It's a stunning combination with beige leather & dark blue carpets.
