360 Accessing AC Fan

    Fan is making a noise like there is a piece of plastic or paper stuck in the fan or near bye (kind of a click click click) which increases in frequency with fan speed. Also, small foam particles coming out the vents. Only makes the noise when the dash vents are active. Windshield or foot vents there is no noise. AC blows cold and otherwise seems to work fine.

    I’m assuming the sealant/foam around the EVAP is disintegrating.

    How hard is it to get to the fan? Under the passenger side dash?

    Sounds like a flap actuator is trying to find its stop limit. I remember there is a thread posted awhile back and has to do with a micro switch. Try using the search function.
