Steve, I really enjoyed the ride to and from dinner Saturday night. The conversation was great, and the vehicle performance was tops!! I'll not say anything about the firetruck/turn-off. We can't be held responsible for lack of landmarks at speed right? Yes, Becky is a keeper. I'm pretty fortunate. I'm pretty confident the Diablo's torque would slaughter any "power to weight" ratio advantage I might have. But it would be alot of fun to test it. Anytime you want, just give me a shout.
"Chris, I totally understand you wanting to "run" the Pig Trail one last time Saturday evening. Becky is truly a fabulous girl. Way too good for me" Thomas Achord Thomas, not a chance that she is too good for you, just too cute for you! It is nice to see two good people have that much happiness... who knows what the future holds, a Crescent Classic wedding? She is an excellent co-pilot, you may have to look into a Ferrari!
Christina and I would like to thank Chris and all his helpers, the sponsers and the ESPD for an unforgettable trip. We had such a wonderful time and cannot wait till next year. We have not been able to be too active in the club to date, however, this past weekend will definitly help in getting us out more. We had an amazing time and can't stop talking about it. Meeting and hanging out with all of you was a blessing for us. Everyone was so nice and fun to be around. Thanks again to everyone for life-long memories. Special thanks to Adam and the officer who pulled me over at 1:30 am Saturday morning. I wasn't meaning to speed, but first gear through town just wasn't cuttin' it. You both were great. Adam, hope the snacks helped. I have attached some of my favorite pics from the weekend. As you all know I was quite perplexed by the ORBS. I do think my camera was probably a little more defective than all of yours. Hopefully it made for some great laughs. After looking at the pics I posted, I thought I should do some explaining. 1. What a great place for the event. Thanks Elise. 2. Look in the middle. This is the bald ORB that got us kicked out of the first tour. 3. Jerry just saw a ghost. 4. ORB in the storeroom. 5. Christina and Larry having fun on the ghost tour. 6. Do you think Larry and John are buying this crap. Look close there are two big ORBs just to their right. 7. Ma and Pa ORB are downstairs. The ORB-Buster team knew this place was loaded with activity. 8. Not that the F-430 model wasn't enough. Larry gets another present on Thursday night. 9. Scott licking the sugar from his girly drink. Where's the umbrella? 10. Nick was a great bartender. Mudslide Mama and Nick met several times. 11. ORB checking out the Ferraris at night. 12. Even the German place was haunted. 13. Brokeback Blankies! 14. How many staring Ferrari owners does it take to make Dr. Baker's chandelier spin? 15. Dana introduces her new friends. 16. The Ghostbuster crew hard at work. 17. Look what just fell out of Scott's rear. 18. Do you think he had 1 too many? 19. Is she really using Doug's credit card to break into the autopsy room? 20. Doug shows us how to make it spin. I don't think we stared long enough. 21. This girl can eat. 22. Look close - ORBs at the mill. 23. Thanks for a great weekend. Christina and I loved every minute of it. 24. Not a bad looking street. Eureka Springs was a perfect place for the event. 25. What beats two hotties in a red Ferrari?
Erik, any orbs from your camera? I think orbs are inversely related to the expense of your camera. That means Larry is just cheap. Image Unavailable, Please Login
To all at the Crescent Classic '06.... thank you for making it so fun and exciting. The cars were great, but you guys truly made the classic what it was... spectacular. To all who missed "The Classic"... you should have been there. To Larry... we need to talk about this picture with the eggs. Major retaliation is coming! And yes, I ate every one of those damn eggs... and loved 'em. Alison
WOW! Alison, how cool is it that you are on here! I really enjoyed meeting you and Steve, I love his philosophy about driving the 575! I am looking forward to 2007 and spending more time with the cutest "doc" I have ever met! (sorry Steve, you are a handsome man, just not my type!) Let me know when you guys are in Kansas City, Dana and I and a few others would love to take you two out for Bar B Q! Your new admirer! Chris
Rob - I can't believe you actually got a pic of a real ghost. All I could get was these damn ORBs. My camera was an eBay purchase and I think I paid $33.95. Maybe you're onto something. Allison - Christina and I love this pic of you. I only wish this picture showed all the desserts you consumed in the two days we spent with you. We know your true desires. Girl you can eat . . .
I poured over all 2000+ images from the weekend and found no orbs. I did find a real cutie pie (Steve's 2 year old daughter) and a couple of goofballs, but no orbs.
