What's the best way to remove the ring around the wheel nut on the 85-86 TR wheels ?

    TIA

Hi Kenny K. ... I've found the best way is to use a "spoon" type tool used for adjusting drum brakes. Or you could simply bend up a piece of steel to an "L" shape that will push outward from the backside of the trim ring, as near to it's outer edge as possible to avoid dents, etc. I hope this makes sense...if not please let me know. Good Luck.

Jeff, great advice. I had the drum brake adjusting tool from the good old days and it worked perfectly and effortlessly. Thank you for the reply.
