Blaise has really nice things, both on the showroom and the vast amount of toys they store for their customers at both their locations.

Also agree! It's a very special shade... but as some have mentioned, it can go a bit sideways when spec'ing the interior. I've seen a TDF with in TDF blue and blue interior, not my cup of tea... It kind of dulls the attractiveness of the blue, if it's blue all over! lol... Then again, I'm sure there's several people who really dig that combo.

    Cheers

The tdf is a limited edition car and generally viewed as one of the best modern Ferraris made to date. The 812 is a fantastic car but it is not limited and it’s value (which is already dropping) will drop through the floor when the next V12 (assuming it is naturally aspirated)is released. So if you want a car that will appreciate buy the tdf. If you want a car that scares the hell out of you buy a tdf.

I also think the tdf is stunning, but I am biased!

So far as spec is concerned most colours work but watch out for bleary interiors.

The tdf for sure! But like others have mentioned there are some pretty showy examples and all is a matter of taste. The car is already an eye catcher without more bells and whistles. Imo

From an investment stand point the 812 VS might be the way to go; it’s could be the last NA V12. Additionally, I have never driven a TDF but every car journalist seems to be afraid of it. (I would love some feed back from TDF owners)

The aesthetics and sound of the TDF are amazing and it’s going to be difficult for the 812 VS to match.

The fact that every one is afraid of it might play to its strength later on, look at the original 930 Turbo's a classic example. I can see it now 20 years from now the headline will say one of the last Ferrari V-12's with true character.

I’m not sure why everyone is scared of it. I was more scared of my CGT. I feel the TDF has great balance, direct handling and yet tons of power that must be respected. Fine machine.
Can’t wait to hear about the 812VS experience upon release.

I'm an owner. Tdf shouldn't be feared, but should be respected. Most satisfying, exciting car I've ever driven.

Anyone else noticing the tdf inventory is getting scarce in the last month or so?

Personally I cant drive the TDF like the mid engine cars, esp on narrow mountain roads, but the TDF is wonderful fun at 8/10ths.
The pucker factor is there for sure, which will over time contribute to its desirability.

No contest! The CGT is way scarier, it is razor sharp at the limit!

As identified recently in other thread, Tdf handling is impacted drastically by which tires you run.

The tires you don't want are the PZero Corsas. Perhaps not coincidentally, these are what most/all of the test cars were wearing during journalist test drives. As Dustman said, the Mich 4's make a big difference.

I have to say I have brand new Corsa on my car, the Michelin was not yet available, and so far, I have not had any issues, it is a fabulous car to drive in a spirited manner on the road. It seems to me, there exists other behaviors beyond the 7-8/10ths I will drive it and apparently, this behavior can be a little bit spiky. I dont venture beyond Race mode for the street. I don't think the TDF is setup like the CGT- the CGT is very edgy and can really bite you, quite fast. I never felt fully confident with my drive, but it was only for about 2 hours. I think the TDF is a very engaging and endearing car to pilot along a road. Yes, when these tires are ready for replacement, I will go with the Michelin. I think thats the greatest street sports car tire out right now.

Maybe the nature/characteristics of Corsas change after repeat power slides during journalist test drives, etc. :)

Its that the Corsa tires really fall off after a certain number of heat cycles.

End of this year is projected, but they warned 1Q 23 is possible.
