    Hi there, curious if anyone has ever changed the speaker system in their 812? My speaker system sounds absolutely terrible and I can barely stand it. The speakers on my car are aren’t labeled and have no indication of a brand. Any bass makes the speakers rattle and make like a static sound. And for anyone that’s going to say “Enzo always said the engine is a symphony and speakers are not needed in a Ferrari” please refrain from commenting. Lol

    Welcome to the wonderful world of Ferrari. Top notch motor and drive train and dynamics, beautiful to behold(usually) but the sound system of a 1960s battery powered AM transistor radio( which on second thought sounds better than the Ferrari. It is a shame the base system cannot be retrofitted with the “hifi” midfield system. Ask your nearest dealer for a referral- changing the speakers alone should help. There are also a couple of previous threads on this site on upgrading the 812 sound system.

    My 812 GTS stereo is so, so much better than the one I had in my 458 Spyder. Just saying… :)

    The optional hifi system isn’t bad whereas the base system sounds awful at anything above a whisper
