Remember last year we had 96. The record is when we left from RAC for the 4th annual and we had 109, if I remember correctly.

Has anyone put it in the Southwest section on L4P? I know there are quite a few active owners on there who are always looking for a reason to get out in their cars. I will post it over there if you guys would like.

I think it would be cool to have someone do a car count at the event by make or make and model...as in: 15 lambo's 31 Ferrari's 28 Porsche Etc... Just to see wht all is there. I don't think it was done last year and I was really curious!
Thanks a million and the kids thank you very much. Here is the new count; Ferrari Chat 45 FCA 24 RAC Performance mailing 30 So we are at about 100 cars if everybody shows up. I will print maps Friday. Due to business job problems I was not able to run the route in the Ferrari and I will not have any time today to do it. A problem with the restaurant has cropped up and I need to see if I can get that worked out today and tomorrow. If not I will explain at the driver's meeting.
I am please to announce that Jarrod Brown who owns JLB Carriers will be assisting us in the run this year. In addition we will have a Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche Tech on the run with us so if there are any problems large or small we can address them very quickly! The restaurant problem is not going to be resolved by the time of the run and I will explain what we will have to do. It is a parking problem--Carolyn and I were told one thing by the owner of the restaurant and now he won't comply with his agreement. We will discuss this at the Driver's meeting on Saturday. We are now over 100 cars!
To all participants in the 7th Annual DFW-FCA Toy Run, due to the number of cars participating I would appreciate it if everyone would get there by 8:15 as the sign up and maps distribution will take some time. Also we will probably be launching in groups of 12 about 5 minutes apart. The problem is the left turn light into the tunnel is very short (10 seconds) so we need to have a 15 minute driver's meeting at 9:15 and the first group out at 9:30. If you want to run with a certain group make sure you guys line up and Hans will launch you as a group. If you just come to the launch area then you will be with whomever. Thanks to all of you for your participation!
