Thanks. i'm watching via http://www.justin.tv/jonnytv8 now. The speedtv link just kept on buffering and repeated ads. Funny, i was watching that link w/out any problems till 4 am today.
Great race as always. It's nice to see Marc Gené (also a Ferrari test driver and an F1 commentator on Italian sat tv) win Le Mans. It's was also good to see the F430s perform so well
Salo rings the Bell!!!! "We're not going to give LdM the trophy, ALL the Big Bosses are here", "There is other racing than F1..." Well done Mika!!!!
And the Peugeot is a beautiful car. Watch for John & Carol under the podium. Image Unavailable, Please Login
So cool to have David B win for Pug after his brother did it last time. Will do Black Jack a world of good in his ill health effected anniversary year. Just a very cool thing to see!
I had to miss the finish due to church, but glad to see Ferrari did so well, and as much as I respect Audi, it was good to see another marque take the overall win. Congrats to Corvette yet again. Good job boys! Way to represent for the good ole USA!!! MB
I woke up just in time to see the Pug's go around the last few corners and take the victory. Congrats to them! Nice job on Audi's 3rd place, too. Emotional finish for the Vette guys. Glad to see there were no serious injuries even though there were some pretty big wrecks. Enjoy your trip home and be safe!
Although I'm an Audi fan, I was cheering that Peugeot would win this year. Its important to have different winners to keep the interest high for new entrants. I hope this ensures their return, and maybe another appearance in the USA. Risi, incredible. Maybe they would build a Ferrari prototype.
Good race, and congrats to Peugeot on a fine win. Well done Corvette Racing, but my heart goes out to the 64 car. I think the fact that Audi ran the R15 at Sebring and no other races until Le Mans really showed, but at least they ended up on the podium. A big congrats to Risi and Ferrari in general for the fabulous finish and absolutely stonking Porsche in GT2!! I'm also very happy with the result for Spyker. That should give a much needed boost to the troops at that manufacturer. I was so disappointed with Drayson Racing not being able to finish, as they were in there fighting until the very end. Last and certainly not least, a big congrats to all at Aston Martin Racing for finishing 4th overall and the top petrol car in the race. The Lola Aston Martin certainly gets my vote as the best sounding car in the entire race, and it's hard to beat that gorgeous Gulf livery! Gary
Thanks mate. I apologize for all sorts of questions i've asked over this thread. It's the 1st time i've been following Le Mans this closely
