I have what is apparently #21, “Daytona 1967,” S/N 157079. Grigio over Nero. Ball polished wheels. Just turned 3000 miles. Located on Marrowstone Island, WA (northwest of Seattle on opposite side of Puget Sound). A few pics are attached.

Very cool Rick! I didn't know there was a Sessanta in the Seattle area...will have to drive my 612 over to Port Townsend area when the weather gets better.

WOW, that is a spectacular example!

 

That’s a very low price, isn’t it? Quite strange for a 612 and especially for a Sessanta.

And super low mileage too, the car will need a huge service to be driven properly.

 

Found this dashboard belonging to a sessanta on eBay. Matricola No. 156396.

Would this indicate that car was totaled?

If so, does anyone have thoughts on how to find the car? I need to get the roof control knob for my OTO as one of the previous owners took it off.

Just ask the seller, he might be able to point you in the right direction. I assume if it were a replacement dash, they would also have the speakers etc.removed from this one...

Why do you think this dash belonged to a Sessanta? Because of the '60' plaque?

I sure did! The plaque made sense that it would be a special for the Sessanta.

the seller confirmed that the center console didn’t look like the Sessanta, so no luck getting the roof control. I will have to keep looking.

The Sessanta was commissioned by the then Ferrari CEO, Luca di Montezemolo, to celebrate Ferrari’s 60th anniversary…only 60 Sessantas were constructed for the World and each adorned with a plaque, marking a significant event over their six decades of success. Our Sessanta is the “Panamericana Mexico” edition and it was ordered new and spec’d out by me back in 2007 for its only custodian over these past 17 years! This is a one owner, super low mileage Sessanta! Believed to be one of only 14 that came to the USA back in ’07. Ordered in the “launch colors” of two-toned Nero and Grigio Scuro with a totally bespoke leather interior of Terra Bruciata, a very rich and deep saddle. I think all 2007 612s got that placque. For that matter, it looks like 2007 599s did as well-- maybe all 2007 Ferraris got it?

The roof Control knob is also used for the AC. It would be easier to find and buy an AC knob and to send it to a guy that can respray it with the good picto.

It’s not a Sessanta: the roof is painted. In the Sessanta, the roof is electrochromic.
Some standard 612 have been painted or resprayed in dual tone by Zanasi.
