Thanks for the hints. The lettering on my wheels admittedly looks thicker than yours Newman. But the letters are "silk screened" onto the rims and I doubt if anyone would have done this to what looks like the original paint on the rims. Anyway the paint is being removed down to the magnesium due to slight indications of corrosion (bubbling paint) and I will need to replace the lettering somehow. Best Peter
when I translate those 2 words it makes no sense. could someone please explain what is "silk screened"? or describe what this is, thx
Wikipedia: (Silk) "Screen printing is a printing technique whereby a mesh is used to transfer ink onto a substrate, except in areas made impermeable to the ink by a blocking stencil". Best Peter

wanted to follow up again about the stencils or stickers for my BBI 51847 - looking for 1. Stencils or stickers for the Ferrari label and wheel size - do u have available for purchase, and 2. Looking for the proper faceplate for my stereo as mine is missing the Ferrari logo (unless late model BBI’s didn’t have the Ferrari emblem). Greatly appreciate your assistance.
