    Very nice for that location! :D You don't need an alarm-clock when Ferrari is testing and you can easily make some profit by renting the place out to fellow F-lovers! :D Someone should go for it! ;)

    I believe there were garage-boxes underneath the appartment, but I don't know if there's one included in the price? However, the building is at the end of a quiet dead end street facing the Fiorano test track, you can easily park a car outside there :D

    Same street as Zanasi, at the the end of the street, last house on the left side?! Very old and looks a bit f***** off?! Thats the one?

    I am for sure THE car can be parked outside without any problems.
    The people in Maranello won't be impressed with one more Testarossa.
    Remeber the picture of the Zanasi backyard? We saw for 1000's of euro's Ferrari (collector) parts laying around. In Holland or Germany all would be gone after 1 night.

    I have got the same offer 3 years ago to rent or buy it! Price WAS 100.000,- Euros in 2002!
    Have you been inside????????????
    Have you seen the electric and water installation?????
    This house is a remediation project! Only a renovation doesn`t helps :(

    No there weren't any big flags in our Tribune which was the second on along. You must have been two along from us.
