You might consider placing it in the Ferrari’s classified section.....that’s where I looked for mine. Take plenty of pics and the option list plate in the trunk.

Its confusing because supposedly all the Amari ones (all 3 cars) around the £340-350k range, without those sales I would have agreed with you wholeheartedly. Perhaps there are more buyers out there at this price range than I realise.

I'm not so sure, there is one out there for £295k last time I looked, now £300k has been breached the only way is down in the short term at least

That one has disappeared already so looks like they don't hang around long at that price

What drives prices in the UK and the U.S are worlds apart; we don’t have the European tax structure that raddles the cages . I paid only 7 percent sales tax on my Pista here in south Florida. But agree In today’s economic market, all exotic car prices are impacted.

Pista is currently getting a 10-20% premium over Specialies in the US. I wonder if that will persist long term.

£295 does look cheap though given a new F8 with options comes in at £250k, which would people choose?

In the USA you can definitely buy a 2020 Pista for under sticker ... I bought a 2020 with 200 miles on it for just a little under sticker in May ... they were asking 50k over ..you can buy one now for less.. In my experience the ones that list under 450 get much closer to list than the cars that list for around 500.....
also I tried the F8 a few weeks before getting the Pista .. The F8 was great but the Pista was what I wanted .....

Most Pista's with full Carbon spec in the 430-450 range MSRP. Add special paint and you are in the 450-500 range.

Instead of paying 7% sales tax
You should have registered the car in Montana
    No sales tax
Just need to set up a LLC for less than 2,500
I save almost 50,000 in sales tax by registering the car in Montana
    FYI

I can’t help but feel a little turned off whenever I see an exotic wearing Montana plates.

the dealers and most sellers are asking over list price just offer what you will ...I suspect you will easily be able to to purchase under list price .. in my experience....

why would you care where someone registers his cars ... In my area I see plenty of cars with , North Carolina , Florida, New York , and other states as well a few from Montana .. could care less about that stuff.

The UK Pista prices have reduced for sure.
However, most of the cars advertised were much over list. The cars that are now circa £300K are just closer to their list price.
Some of you may recall the Speciale did the same - little to no premium when they first came out in 2014, dipped a little below list, but then started to go crazy in value once production stopped. I think Pista will go the same way - remain at list and once production run finishes, they will start to climb again. The Pista is just beautiful, with amazing performance. The last V8 that had both of these was when the 458 launched.

So much of the long term value of the Pista relies on if Ferrari makes an F8 “special”.

There is a blue spider in the UK for £368k, the next cheapest is £399k and I was surprised when I saw that one at sub £400k. I think people have had enough of playing the game and are just unloading them to get back what they can and will not be looking for future cars as I was told if you unload too early they will not sell you a vs in future, I am not sure how true that is though

I definitely agree with that, if they make a vs of the F8 pista prices won't do nearly as well. I think they are much more likely to make one then not as demand seems to be thinner then ever but, who knows, so many have said no F8 VS
