    I tried searching for this information, both here and in general, but the only specified width for the 458 Italia I found is 1937mm (76.26 inchs), which excludes the mirrors.

    Please see the attached picture from the owner's manual. I'm looking for the dimension I've annotated with a question mark. I don't have a 458 at hand currently, but would somebody who does please be so kind as to measure it? (Or perhaps somebody just knows the answer?)

    Thanks in advance.

    I just took a rather rough measurement, it was 87.5". Seems the mirrors overhand another ~6"'s on each side from the 76.26"'s.

    Not all 458s can do this. I believe you need to have a certain option (forget which one) to be able to do this.

    @luvair: Thank you.

    @abz: The option you're referring to is likely MIH2 ("Internal and External Electrochromatic Rearview Mirrors & Homelink").

    I don't have that option but I can still fold my mirrors in (I have to do it manually though).

    I can fold my mirrors in electronically. One of the garages has a door opening of 2.5 meters. When I leave the mirrors out I could make it but it's close. I would say the car is around 2.30-2.35 with the mirrors out. It's certainly wider than my q5 which goes in with more clearance.

    I have the option and my mirrors are manual fold....My guess is you save a couple of inches each side on the fold...overall probably 80-82 inches with the fold...just a guess....
