I found some pictures on the net of a car called the 456 Venice
which I gather were by-commission-only models instigated by the Sultan of Brunei's brother

Somewhere else it said Mike Tyson bought one. I was wondering how he could have bought in the U.S. or was it a coupe converted Stateside? I thought PF only built those for the Sultan. I say plural because there was a wagon version and a cabriolet version and maybe a coupe. Did Tyson's eventually come to auction?

I thought the Venice was the station wagon (estate), and was built for the Sultan's brother.

Wiki says "A convertible version called the Ferrari 456 GT Spyder also exists. Two of these convertibles were built by Pininfarina especially for the Sultan of Brunei. There are also two aftermarket conversions made by the R. Straman Company of Costa Mesa, California. Boxer Mike Tyson bought one such convertible."

I think the Spyder may be what is in your link. Found this on F-chat.

Tyson definitely bought the convertible. PF manufactured 7, but the Sultan only took 6. The 7th is currently registered and being driven in London. The car Tyson bought was one of the Straman conversions, but I'm pretty sure it was sold at auction recently.
