I spoke to Jeff who runs the celebration event.

We currently have 42 Ferrari Challenge cars registered for the first FCRA race! And we are still two and half weeks out from the race. The grid will be incredible.

For those registered, make sure you send in your temp. racing application. Also make sure you have your sponsors on your car, you are on Hoosiers, and run a clean race, and the FCRA is honoring it's commitment to pay each driver $1,000.00 in cash for this inaugural race.

If you've not already registered, time is running out.

Congratulations on getting a sizable grid together. It's due, I'm sure, in large part to the hard work you, and others, have put in.

    Safe racing!

Made Man magazine has named the Celebration Exotic Car Festival one of the 5 best exotic car shows in the world, ranking the event #3, right in front of Concours Italiano.

Our entire volunteer team at CECF is happy to host the inaugural FCRA races and help launch this amazing new series. Most of the 42 challenge cars on the grid will be also be displayed as part of the 250 exotics at the concours on Saturday, April 9 in Celebration.

    See you all there!

    Fantastic event.

The FCRA first round was amazing:

To all those who doubted it, well we delivered:

42 Ferrari Challenge cars started the first race.

41 Ferrari Challenge cars started the second race.

Anyone know if this is a record amount of Ferraris to start a race Ferrari history on US soil? Everyone seemed to think it was.

What's amazing was the lack of attrition from the first to the second race. This represents very disciplined and careful drivers, dedicated teams fielding incredibly well prepared cars, to have 41 cars start the second race.

Thank you to everyone for proving we could do it!!!

Great job john! Im sure the hater who said we would be lucky to only have 10 cars on the grid is eating those words now. This series is set to be a great success.

Thank you Peter, for fielding 10 of those cars on the grid, and for bringing those cars to Celebration for the concours afterwards! You, Dan and the team at Universal helped make this series happen with your sponsorship, support and participation.

Your set up at the track was very impressive. I think your team could teach some of the F1 pit crews a few things...
