<laughing> Of course! Some of us know eachother so well we send eachother birthday cards. Since you're new Chuck you should know most of us do that via PM rather than in public. There are a bunch of teenagers who snoop around here because its cool. You don't want them calling you at 2am.
Hi Chuck. PM stands for Positive Mentality which you will certainly need when owning one of these cars !! Mike
Paid Members of FerrariChat will know that Preventative Medicine and knowledge of the Parts Market greatly assist in the Pain Management of owning one of these glorious Pleasure Machines. A good Portfolio Manager, Paid Monthly, may also help Project Manage the costly Progressive Maintenance involved. Or, as Aidan says, just Piles of Money. On the other hand….. to avoid the need for a Para-Medic and/or a PreMature Post Mortem just go buy yourself a Post-Modern People Mover. Posted by Mike !
I do believe that not all of the commenters here recognize Chuck's considerable Ferrariness. Past president of Ferrari Owners Club - a long time ago. "Had" a 275 GTB then. Original editor of Cavallino magazine. Long time editor of the Ferrari North America magazine Rosso. Jeff
Chuck, If you click on someone's name, as series of options will appear. The Private Message option is the second one from the top. Regards, Art S. PS. I'm one of those teenagers that will call you at 2am, just ask Dave
Hi Dave, Yup, just arrived. I will have the opening ceremony tomorrow! I look forward to seeing what it is! By the way, 2am or 3am depends on which time zone you're in! Regards, Art S.
Chuck's formidable reputation both behind and in front of the drawing board, as well as his many other achievements in life, extend way beyond the boundaries of his native Connecticut and yes, even as far as darkest Africa. I'm sure a man of his considerable wisdom and experience recognises harmless banter when he sees it and in no way takes such things personally.
Thanks for the tip. It's being done today as well as the exhaust system. I see you list Formula Junior near your foto and thought you might be interested in the Salute to Formula Jr. that will be held at the Rolex Vintage Festival at Lime Rock, Aug. 29 - Sept.1. CQ
This place is great for the ego but since I don't take to many things seriously, especially darkest Africa, I'll just enjoy the nonsense. The closest I've been to Africa was to watch the South African GP on the tube. CQ
