Taken Off Market .40 cal hollow point ammo and clips

Hey guys,
Recently bought a ton of bullets from a friend. Got some 40cal which i don't need as i don't have a 40cal gun. I have 150 rounds of hollow point Winchester and Remington bullets AND 2 40cal clips. See pics. Midway and others sell the Remington 40 cal for $42 for a box of 50. I have 100 Remington and 50 Winchester. Also the two clips. First $125 takes the whole lot, including the clips. the 13 round clips need to be LEGAL for you to own in your state. Make sure ahead of time. Still available. Thanks.

 

Correct. The clips are Glock style for a 40cal Glock. Brand on them is American Tactical.

lol, so do I....but i don't have a 40cal so i don't want to just store these rounds and leave them for my kids to deal with. LOL. Someone who has a 40cal can certainly use them....IMO cheap price for the ammo based upon what they sell for. Thanks for your input.....

Not to my knowledge. I can buy ammo from anywhere and it comes via ups. Guns are a totally different story. Check with your state (or maybe a fellow member here knows CA law regarding ammo) but ammo is different than guns. It's not DOJ, it would be ATF and your FFL if it was a gun. I think ammo is fine, but confirm. Thanks
