Sure, Hugo. Meet me in Frederick, if you want, or there's also a caravan coming out of Great Falls, VA and around the beltway that would swing closer to you if you wanted to meet them (they're not as good looking as us though). I have my cell # posted above if you want to send me a text.
Just fixed my transam and its ready for a test drive lol I am working on organising my escape now... Will let you know if I come to a positive resolution
All, Just an idea but do you want to put your F-chat handle on the dashes of your cars so we can recognize members? Can print out something on the computer. if someone is good with graphics you could upload a template to fill in and print it. I know we've done that for the Ferrari Challenge corrals at Lime Rock in CT...
Feel free to laugh at, edit, change. If you make it better send me what you do... Hopefully Fchat is ok with the free publicity. Image Unavailable, Please Login
In the spirit of David's post Christine came up with this for the dash of the Scuderia!! Image Unavailable, Please Login
Those gardening implements hanging from the wall next to your Ferrari are making me sweat with worry for you. Look at the position of that Hedge trimmer near the rear quarter panel. It looks like a scene from a Horror film Jon the Worry Wart in Delaware
John, Sorry that I didn't get back to you on this and thanks for the call, anytime between 8 and noon is good for check-in and day of registration for those interested. Thanks everyone for your support and we are extremely excited for tomorrow! Evan
Heheh...yeah, I noticed it looked at little dangerous in the pic. Most of those tools are tie wrapped in place on the wall when not in use. Have to admit I've bumped and caught the hedge timmer a time or two. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I317 using Tapatalk 2
You know the worst implements in your garage near the Ferrari? Kids.... but ya can't tie wrap them... Mobilized reply by David
Evan, I posted on the Facebook page asking about if parking on City Island would be available for spectators even though the cars won't meeting there. Just thought I might have a better chance posting it here as well. Looking like tomorrow's gonna be a great day! I can't wait to see what everyone brings out! Hope everyone has a safe and fun drive to the show! Chris
For Loudoun and points west/south, just a quick shout out and reminder that we're going to swing through the parking lot of Starbucks on Edwards Ferry in Leesburg at 6:30AM. It's an early call for sure. Then we're meeting up with a Diablo just across into MD and a 348 in Thurmont, maybe others? Anyone who wants to join up, Starbucks is the first spot, the Thurmont meet is in the Burger King parking lot. Shout out in the AM or be there if you want to join in the early group up 15 headed for breakfast in the garage.
Ill be there at 630. Had a crazy week and haven't read all posts/mapped it so I'll be following you. Drive slowly pls
I for one do not want tickets. I can't vouch for when my copilot is in the driver's seat though He's a tad aggressive. See you in the AM.
Two men are walking through the woods and come upon a hungry grizzly bear. The first man takes off running. The second yells, "Hey, these things run at 35 mph. You're not going to outrun it." To which the first replies, "I don't have to outrun the bear. I only have to run faster than you."

This was a fantastic show. I was amazed at the variety of cars: from classics to modern, supercars, sports cars. muscle cars, incredible variety. And the quality, especially from driven (not trailered) machines. Thanks so much Evan for organizing this, and I look forward to next year.
