365GT4 2+2 front seat disassembly

New 365GT4 owner here. In the process of starting a complete interior refurb. Anyone know how to disassemble the front seat back cushion? Seats are out of the car. I've removed the two small phillips head screws from the bottom left and right corners of the upper cushion and pulled the plastic head rest tubes. The seat cushion does not seem to want to separate from the hard back. Also any clues on how the inside seat hinge adjuster disassembles. I assume the silver center cover pops out by levering on the 4 slots. Just didn't want to break these somewhat unobtainable pieces.

 

I figured it out a day after I posted. I was being lazy trying to remove the cushion without removing the hinges. You can pop the round plastic plug out of the plastic hinge side covers to access the screws to separate the seat back from the hinges. Once the hinges are off the seat back will pull away from the cushion once the two small bottom phillips head screws are removed.

 

Most upholsterers just trim damaged cushions away, glue new foam on and shape with a sander. I doubt you will find cushions alone as they have metal supports molded into them.
