It's that time again, more new tires. My preferred Goodyear Eagle F1 GS/D3s are no longer made in the sizes needed. It seems like every brand I look at is available only for the front or the back, or not at all. My question is...What are folks buying these days? I want something for "spirited" driving, no all season stuff but not a track tire either. I don't care about wear so much as pure old dry grip. Ideas?

I have the Conti ExtremeContact Sport on 19" CS Wheels... Very happy with it... I wanted the Michelin PS4S but they were backordered for months for the rears....
They seem to be equivalent with the Conti 15% cheaper if I recall.

I also support the Continentals. I have them on a 964 and love them.

Comfortable and not noisy, they really grip in a progressive way. Very sincere in the feedback. Have not tracked them though.

Yokohama has three in the Advan series that look interesting....052 maybe too track oriented, 601 looks pretty good, Neova has an odd tread pattern but might be grippy. Has anyone used these guys?

PS4 since I’d need to find a 19” set to get the RE-71

Op- be sure to be careful with tire diameters... the tc will not be happy if rolling rpm gets out of whack from stock tires.... I had some tires on originally that had smaller diameter front tires... and I was getting tc. Traction control fault.

one4torque, I don't intend to change sizes, too many computers depending on it as you found...speedo, TC, probably others.

Don't get Firestone, they are cheap, the right size, and they suck
