    Hi there.
On newer 360 Spiders Ferrari added two panels/covers to the roof cassette allowing access to the fuel pumps (left and right side).
Does anybody know if the covers are large enough to replace the 4 valves above the fuel tanks (2 on each side)?
This is only a prophylactic question, I only want to know if it would be possible if one valve will leak.
Mine is a late 2004 and has the fuel tank access panels.
If anybody knows the answer from memory it is not neccessary to remove them in order to look at it myself. Sadly the gaskets seems to be NLA and I do not risk damaging them without a good reason.
    Thanks in advance.
    Thomas

You have to raise the top cassette up about a foot to access the four roll-over valves. Do a search on this website and it has a great DIY full of pictures. Use an engine hoist with a long reach to raise the cassette. Only a few bolts to remove but the attach points on the top cassette to raise are key to avoid damage. Fairly easy task, don't cut holes in the plastic cover.

You can remove the tub without removing the top assembly. It is a bit fiddly but I do it all the time. Removing a perfectly operating roof assembly on a spider is just looking for issues. The less you touch..the less there is to go wrong.

    Thanks for all contributions.

Tom, I think cannot remove the whole valves without lifting or cutting holes in the bottom (I won't do that).
I can only replace the tube without lifting, right?

Thank you tbakowsky, I was not aware removing the tray itself was possible!

Ahh... you mean unscrewing the complete tray and maybe lift it a little in order to get access. I was not aware of this option, too.
    Thanks.

    Hi,

How do you do this? What about the drain hose attached to the front of the tub? Are there any bolts/screws in the back corners of the tub we need to undo? We are trying to do this now on a euro model 360 spider and are trying to see if there is another option vs taking the entire top capote cover out. Don't want the option of cutting holes in the tub to access right side leaking fuel pump.
