the cheapest jig saw at HomeDepot , the screen and rivets and Goop max II adhesive it is bullet proof now, this is the first one I done for practice. Next ones will look a lot better

you are going to need a rivets gun, use 3/16 short rivets and aluminum rivets washer on the back to help the screen to hold it tight then apply Goop Max II. I can promise you it will never come apart .. I use 3M rubberized coating on the front and the back of gravel guard to help stop gravel noises

After thinking this grave guard upgrade threw, the louvers also most help deflecting water as well. So here is what I believe maybe the best way and easier upgrade. Do not cut out the louvers cut the screen too fit on front of the louvers. Rocks and gravel can not hit the louvers and adds more protection and makes it stronger IMHO .

Not yet I just bought front and rear TI springs from Neil @ Eurospares that is the next install can not wait to reweigh it . Last weigh in was 2651 pounds, I wish I new how much more weight will be saved with TI springs any know ??
I bet most of the fellow Fchatter that have followed the tread think I am insane and crazy too do most of the stuff I have done to my 360 ? Looking at this picture it looks very clean wright ?
