    Hey guys,

I am finishing up the build on my 360 before I look at adding a 488 to park next to it. I love the loud F1 Scream and am looking at other muffler options other than my Capristo. Not interested in Kline, Kressigg, CS Muffler, Challange Car Muffler and Timate Titanium Exhaust. I have already reviewed these in person.

I have not heard a Louder/Cleaner pitch than my Capristo Lvl. 3 with Decats but I am curious if anyone with an IPE, S-line, or other option can chime in on how it compares to my setup.....I will trade in my Capristo if a higher pitch setup exist.

I am sure the S-Line has a higher pitch. I believe @timwu12 has one for sale and could chime in.

i had the Capristo Level 3 and met up with someone who had the S-Line. It's not much higher pitched.

The difference I noticed was where the drone was worst. For me the capristo droned worst at about 3800rpms, the Sline was a little higher. I got rid of the level 3 because I couldn't take the drone - but that exhaust is top notch, The flow and the higher RPM pull is FAR better than the fabspeed on have on it now.

I wear noise cancelling Airpods in the car when driving longer distances. It's actually really nice as you can cruise along without the Capristo Stage 3 drone being too bad (the stock radio/speaker system is crap anyway).

S-Line is a little higher pitched than Capristo, but either will be very loud and have a great sound at high revs with no cats/headers.

My personal opinion is now to fit an exhaust with routing to bypass the back box when the valves open just like the factory optional 360 sports exhaust did (as fitted as standard to the Challenge Stradale). That way you get peak performance (no back-pressure) restrictions that sap power so when re-mapped properly you can still have a conversation in "normal" mode then yank it into race mode and all hell breaks loose. *this only works* on my latest work which allows FULL performance oriented calibration maps (not just exhaust valves) in race mode vs normal. The stock firmware didn't support this feature and I've only recently added it. Its bonkers but in a good way :)

Yes same as the stock 430 exhaust. Straight through, no muffler, when valves open. No drone when cruising with valves closed, perfect. All the S-line does is completely delete the muffler and add an x-pipe to blend the 2 banks together. How that increases pitch I can't imagine. The old N.A. F1 sounds we all crave did not have an x-pipe.

X pipes always result in a higher pitched sound because of the effect on exhaust flow. Not just on Ferraris, BMWs, Mustangs, etc.

The S-Line absolutely results in a higher pitched sound.

Old F1 V-10s revved to 18k RPMs. The only way to get (somewhat) similar pitches is with an X-pipe.

Thank you! I couldn't imagine it being much louder than the Capristo but I wanted to check. The drone is serious with the Capristo, but I am used to it at this point. The S-Line moving the drone does sound intriguing.

I am going to buy a S-Line just so I can satisfy my curiosity. Like you said an X-Pipe always makes a high pitch sound. I would imagine with Full Straight Pipes and an X-Pipe a 360 should sound insane! If I am not satisfied with the sound I will just go back to the Capristo.

It's unbelievable to me that companies charge 4-7k+ for an exhaust and put out crap videos like this. The alley way is making the sound bounce back and distort just how loud and high pitch the muffler really is. I just do not understand why Kline, S-Line, and IPE refuse to get proper exhaust videos made for their Ferrari 360 products, no indoor dyno runs, no tunnels to amplify sounds, just normal audio clips like Fabspeed, Tubi, and Capristo does. It's really a shame because I believe the X-Pipe exhaust must sound good but their are virtually no good videos of them on a 360 on YouTube.

S-Line focuses more on the 430 - I've only seen a handful of videos of their 360 exhaust.

Thats a very valid hint regarding the bounce back effect, but transporting exhaust sound via video is always difficult - since I know that car in reality I would say the video gives a good impression ... What we should consider is that this is no official Kline Video, it was done by the German reseller, a small company

It's amazing to me that operations like Kline refuse to dedicate a couple hours to properly display and review their products, just bizarre.

    Hi Trev,
    Have you seen this one?
    https://capristoexhaust.com/product/ferrari-360-twin-sound-exhaust-system/
I believe it matches what you describe, and is what I am interested in acquiring at some point.

I've been searching for videos of it in action on a non-CS, but most videos I believe are the "capristo stage 3" which appears to be their 'free flow' product.

Still waiting for someone to post a video with a higher pitched exhaust than this (Cap 3, straight pipes).

That footage is sped up - it's not actually that high pitched. You can see at the end of the video where the footage is slowed to normal speed.

One thing about this car - it is SO LOUD. I was following him down Steven's Creek Blvd in Santa Clara one afternoon. There was this lady walking a Chihuahua down the sidewalk. I could see that the dog was all excited and was pulling on the lady's leash. He hit the throttle as he went by, and by the time I passed the lady, the dog was between the lady's legs, cowering. Of course I didn't want the dog to be injured but it was hilarious.
