The Jalpa isn't far from me-problem is finding the time. He also has an amazing collection of Italian Bikes...
I was going to buy a nice yellow Jalpa about 6 months ago. I started looking into them and thinking about how I drive cars and decided it just wouldn't be a good buy for me. It's hard as heck (nearly impossible) to find parts for those cars. You have to cut all your own gaskets since they don't make them anywhere. The car is good for a collector sitting amungst their Lamborghini collection. It was going for $35,000.00. With that in mind, I started looking at cars that I really like that would still have an exotic appeal and turn heads all day long. I also wanted a car I could drive hard when I wanted to and would be somewhat as fast, or faster than a 308. With all this in mind, I started looking at Vipers and a few months later purchased my 94' RT/10. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
I truly can't believe this thread sunk to a FIERO discussion. Holy Crap. Back on topic. How about an Intermeccanica Italia? Italian good looks, American V8 maintenance. Less than $35k too. Image Unavailable, Please Login

Yeah the Dodge Viper and Aston are really exotic but the Bentley's to me are cars that you have to drive them or be drivin in to feel what they are all about. I saw a Bentley parket outside of my work place and i couldn't tell the diffrence until I got closer to it. You need something that screams out RARE AND EXOTIC.
I highly doubt you can fit a the Enzo engine in a fiero unless you stretch it like they do for lamborghini replicars. I know for a BMW V-12 engine to fit in a Fiero you need to move the fire wall a few inches forward so i can just imagine what you go through with an Enzo.
Have any of you seen those new Saturns? The little 2 seaters. May, they kinda look like a lotus or some kind of exotic. I was in my Viper one day and passed one sitting at a light and could have wrecked looking over trying to find out what the heck it was. Really exotic looking from what I could tell. Although...................... they will be everywhere in due time, I'm sure. Still looked like a fin car though!
ah, here it is.... The Saturn Sky. Looks like a cross between a BMWZ8 and Mercedes McLaren SLR. Man, this thing loooks bad ass and look at the price! http://images.google.com/images?svnum=10&hl=en&lr=&q=saturn+sky GM announced today that the 2007 Saturn Sky will start at $23,690. That price is for a 5-speed manual, while a Sky with a 5-speed auto will set you back $24,540. The press release indicates only that the roadster will be available this spring, so we have no firm date for when it will go on sale. http://www.autoblog.com/2006/01/03/saturn-sky-pricing-announced/ Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
