Do you guys think an 18x10 +55 will work for the rear? That is 23mm more aggressive than Speedline Challenge wheels.

That might be pushing it, might come down to camber and tire choice.
I run 10mm spacers on my challenge wheels and 15mm on my stock wheels. There is a bit more room to go, but 23mm might be too much

Probably wouldn't work. I am thinking maybe an 18x9.5 +55 might work. That's about 17 mm more aggressive than challenge wheels. I currently run Challenge wheels with Hill Engineering 11mm spacers for the rear and they are just about where I would like them to be.

An 18x9 +55 would definitely work, but not sure how a 265 tire would look on a 9 inch wide wheel. Might look weak from the rear :).

Wheel company can't go any higher than +55 on the offset.

Im running 285s on my challenge wheels, If i get some time I will stack 2 10mm spacers on for a photo, not for driving obviously.

I believe this pic is 10mm

No need. I don't think 20mm would work. Even if I could make it work, it would probably look too aggressive.

Nice to see my posting back from the past, forgot all about it.
Just to help the discussion, I have made measurements of both a standard 355 rear wheel, and the speedline one.
    here is the standard one:

from mating surface to hub, to outer rim inside, is 21,8 cm

Now here for the Challenge wheel

same distance measered gives 20,7 cm.

So the offset of the Challenge wheel is definitely different, as the wheel inside is around 1 cm more positioned to the outside.

NEEZ Japan offers wheels very similar to 360 challenge wheels in “proper” sizes. Apparently, those making 360 BBS challenge wheels work on a 355 are having to shave 10-20mm off the inside to make it work. Not sure how safe that will be or even how even the shaving can be done.

    NEEZ:

    18 x 8.5 +48
    18 x 10.5 +75

These sizes work perfectly with the F355. Perhaps a 3-5mm spacer if you want a little more poke. Also offered in magnesium. Front wheels weight 18 lbs. Rear wheels roughly 20 lbs.

They’re also flat faced for the rears (like the CS) instead of concave, which is exactly what I’m after.

Those are great looking. Is it safe to assume that since they fit a 355, they’d also fit a 348ts?
