Hi all, does anyone have the wiring diagrams for a 1995 2.7 motronic air conditioning system? I've not got anything to the heater motor valve (not fuses)- any help is appreciated! John.

Hi, I've taken off the heater motor valve, so every now and pop the bonnet and I manually turn the lever to set what heat I need in the car! I've had the heater motor valve checked and it works apparently! But there's no electrical input coming into it- I do have an auto electric specialist company nearby but they don't normally work on this sort of car and they're struggling to find a wiring diagram that runs to the motor valve. If I can source a diagram they'll have a look at it, John

John - could you provide a bit more detail about your work-around there? I'd LOVE to just set the heater control valve manually... would really only need to do it twice a year, once for winter and again to cooling for summer.

At the very least, my wife would join me for winter drives if we had some heat. It would be great to make this quick fix while I source a new control valve motor.

Thanks for any help you can provide!

Hi D, punch in 355 heater motor valve as a general search on this site then scroll down 2 lines to 355 heater problem and that thread should answer your question! Sorry- not very computer literate- however pop your bonnet, undo the 4 screws that holds a black metal frame around your air intake plenum, pull off the rubber seal where felt lining meets windscreen aperture- pull it off around till you get to left/front wheel (as viewed by driver) Gentley lift up your boot felt lining then under that you'll see whats described above- it's easier to do than it is to type! Hope this helps, John.
