330 GTC "quick ratio" steering worm gear

    Does anyone know who makes this quick ratio steering worm gear for the GTC?

    I have had my hands on two of these, and purchased them thru a middle man - and obviously
    tight lipped on who is making them. I was told overseas - Germany - but don't know.

    I have a client who has purchased the two and we installed them in his 330 and 365 GTC.

    He wants to have 2 more on the shelf.......if we can buy direct.

    Any thoughts or leads?

    I understand that the 275 steering box as is the same as the 330 GTC and GTO engineering has the LHD version of the fast ratio steering gear and pin available.

    After exchange rate conversation, it is about 2200.00 US dollars.

    Thanks for that info. Much appreciated. Has anyone on here put one? Would love to hear about the differences in steering input. I love the idea, but would like to hear from someone who has used one.

    I have installed 2, one in a 330 GTC and one in a 365 gtc.....

    the quicker steering response is more like a go kart feel, very responsive as u can imagine......

    the stock ones are fine as well, but if your looking for more responsiveness - this is it.

    I assume u turns and parallel parking are even harder?
