Just for the record, in case anyone wants confirmation about S/N 76518 (1988 328 GTB). The door plate indicates it was 'born' in Feb. 1988. Also, the window sticker shows it was originally sold by Midvo Ferrari in Dublin, OH for a whopping $72,250 (+ another $600 delivery charge). Interestingly the 'official EPA' gas mileage estimates are fairly close to what I've noticed over the years.

After almost 20 years, it still puts a smile on my face everyday.

    Ciao,
    Vincent

Small modification to the list: #76633, already known, a US GTB, is in Europe (well, the U.K might get out of the E.U at the end of october, but geographically, it stays in Europe...).

    https://jeremycottingham.co.uk/Stock/13515/Ferrari/328-GTB-For-Sale

Please note that, despite having been built AFTER 76626 - the first car with revised suspension and bulged wheels - 76633 still has concave wheels (and the earlier suspension design).
So, it should NOT appear as a "88,5" on the list.

That’s interesting. My car 76632 is supposedly the last car with concave wheels and older suspension. That means 76633 was the transition car that got a bit of both. 1988 and 1988.5

    Not quite Skipp, not quite...
There are a few more cars still with the "former" supension design and concave wheels, well into the 77xxx range, BUT these are GTSs and RHD cars, mostly Australian (such as, for instance, #77368, #77684...), but a small number of UK cars also (such as, for instance, #77032).
There is one US GTS with the former suspension design and concave wheels with a chassis number later than your car, that is #76647.
But let's not speak about GTSs and RHD cars on the thread for US GTBs.

    Great find, thank you Nero!

This car was listed on the original registry as an 88.5 car with no other information other than "Hollywood Sports Cars". It never showed up, one of the many US 328 that have disappeared, no doubt locked away in a barn. A Carfax would show where it's been hiding but we now know where where it is and we have visual proof it's actually an '88 not an 88.5. Yes this car is the last convex wheeled US 328 GTB. And with a little over 7000 miles!

Now the question is, 76667, where are you? Anyone want to run a Carfax?

One of a few (two?) US GTB with a spoiler delete. That's pretty cool. :)

Is there another US GTB with roof spoiler delete, original from the factory? I'd love to know if there was. I have never seen another.

It looks like your car is the only US 328 GTB with a spoiler delete.

A couple interesting notes about 78894. I have the documentation that confirms that the car was ordered from the factory without the roof spoiler. The original owner was an Italian gentleman living int he US who specifically wanted it that way. However, I suppose given that he lived in the US and assumed that anyone who bought the car would want to install a roof spoiler, the car still came with one that I have in its box. I am the fifth owner of the car and the spoiler was never installed. One final tidbit - I actually prefer the roof spoiler but, as a purist, I will never install it because this is how the car came from the factory and, as long as it's in my trust, it will remain that way.

Do you know about the Tommy Cosgrove picture of a 328 GTB at a Texas dealer back in the day? I think that might be your car.
