Any of you mountain people know the story on the red 308 just arrived at FoD? It's listed as a two-owner car. No photos on their site yet. Tempting, though -- Sean the salesman there sent a few iPhone snaps. http://www.fmblod.com/inventory/ferrari-308-gts/
not familiar with it, but if you need anything specific I work close to there and will gladly check it out for you, Jason
I was there last week, I didn't see it but I was told it was a nice example. From my dealings they are a very honest group.
Let me know. We can meet for lunch like we did about 10 years ago when you came to look at something else at FOD! The car was not yet in the showroom when i stopped by late last week.
Thanks Mark, will do. I remember your yellow 355 was in for servicing when I was there. (Wow... 10 years...) Apparently they're doing a full major on the 308 now, so it's in the shop.
I saw it yesterday. It is in the shop getting what looks to me like a major service. I didn't ask about but I've been around the block a few times on 3x8s to know what I'm looking at.
You can see the Carfax for this 308 on car.com. Colorado car (Fort Collins most recently). The history looks good.
It seems like 308 and 328 are good models for dealers to sell. The are becoming popular, they aren't too expensive to get right maintenance wise, and at the lower end of the Ferrari price point, they seem to move fast. Nothing like a car that comes in and goes out in a quick timeframe. 308 and 328 don't seem to sit on showroom floors for very long. -F
