You should inspect the wheels to ensure that they are not cracked and that the bolts are tight. If so, then you have to dismount the tires. Clean the area where the rim halves are joined and apply a bead of good quality RTV silicone sealant to the joint.

Thanks for the help. I am going to silicone it first and see what happens. I went to a rim and tire place and saw a rim there, it had silicone on the seam. jim

I had that problem with one of my rims. I put the wheel in a large pan with water and look for all the leaks. In my case, I had an area of about 1/2" where bubbles would come out. I was surprized to find that, I thought I was going to find a pin hole, not a defect in the material.

I marked the area. Cleaned it well and sanded it. Took all the air out of the tire. I used JB Weld, the black and red epoxy from PepBoys, Napa, etc. I left it curing for 72 hrs before inflating the tire again. It worked great for me.

If you don't deflate the tire, the leaking air will bubble through the epoxy. It stays soft for hours.

I pulled my Porsche's BBS wheels apart to powder coat, and I put them back together with silicone between the center and wheel halfs. I did this about 7 years ago, no leaks!! Just make sure you tighten the bolts in sequence and you should be ok.
