275 GTB4 different tail lights

275 GTB4 different tail lights which one type is correct? I’ve seen several different red tail lights for the 275 all red with reflector in the center round read an Amber with red reflector in the center round all red with rectangular reflector in the center and read an amber with rectangular red in the center it is so confusing! I’m guessing some of these taillights were marked specific but I have noticed that the Altissimo branded tail lights are the ones with the round reflector in the middle and the star branded lights have the rectangular reflector I’m just curious to know what was correct for North American spec 1967 275 GTB4.
