    According ap to a source in the room, the high bid was €7.3 million. In typical ambiguous French auction tradition, it was hard to discern fro the auctioneer whether it had conclusively sold. My source's sense was that it didn't in actuality.

    Artcurial has just confirmed to me the the high bid was actually €7.6 million, and that it's still available.
