206 Dino in Chicago 1970/1971

Back in the old days, I knew a fellow who worked for Bob McKee Engineering in Palatine Illinois. A customer brought in a 206 Dino with a broken transmission. The company tried to sell me the Dino engine for my Ford Capri, an they planned to installed an Olds Toronado Engine and automatic transmission in the Dino.

The customer decided that wasn't a good idea, and McKee rebuilt the transaxel.

Just wondered if the car is known, and my guess is the owner would most likely like to hear the story.

Should have noted the car's colour, it was silver with a black (?) interior.
