Not so brave when you consider that Ferrari is probably helping (wink-wink) place those guys on the team.
Well, that's the reason Haas went that way, and they make no bones about it. But money do not replace experience, so it will still be a gamble.
Probably that the budget cap will save a few teams. I would be sorry to lose Haas: they approached F1 from a different angle, and I like that.
The payoff must now be in question. The new rules/regs must keep teams interested. New sponsors and engine suppliers will be key yes?
It'll be sold to the next bidder...200m cost to enter with a new team. They signed the concorde now and with the new regs the cost to operate a garagiste team is quite good. Low development cost for 2021 car as can't really do much helps them as well. So they either got to keep going (exit clause will cost them plenty otherwise) or sell up.

Thanks. Two comments: a) 57 million investment down the toilet b) Stroll is a paid driver, contrary to popular belief on here. So his comment in Turkey that he "loves his job" is real.
Obscene the amount of pay Ham is getting. Kimi is robbing Alfa Romeo. Best Value for money is Leclerc. People say it must be tough for Bottas to always come second but he’s getting paid the same amount as Charles yet has the car to beat. We all know why Daniel left RB, there are 32 reasons +1.
I wish the list included the money the driver brought to the team added to the money the driver takes from the team.
That link is www.fox eww.com.au (Australia). Therefore, those figures are in Australian Dollars. $1.00 USD = $1.35 AUD.
Giovinazzi being pretty much as fast as kimi and getting less than a tenth his salary not too bad either. Shows marketing has a lot to do with it too and reason why Ham gets paid so much in a car everybody would win in. The BLM stuff might be taking his appeal with minorities a bit too far though imo and might be the reason behind such long negotiations for the renewal
