2017 Acura NSX Berlina black with semi-aniline full leather power seats. 12,2xx miles, and I’m still driving it. Asking $138,000. The car is located NW of Baltimore, MD. I’ve had it just over 5 years and want to try another car. It’s been perfect, no unscheduled repairs. All carbon fiber options except the rear spoiler. Carbon fiber interior trim, exterior trim, roof, and engine cover. Carbon ceramic brakes with red calipers. Acura extended warranty, 5 yr/80,000 miles, zero deductible, good until 3/13/2027. From Acura: Acura Care coverage is transferable when transferred directly to the new owner in a private-party sale. Transfer fee is $50 (plus service records are needed). One owner. I bought it new in April 2018 and had it delivered in an enclosed trailer with 4 miles on the odometer. After delivery I had the paint corrected then full PPF, Llumar Platinum, with Ceramic Pro. All windows were tinted with Llumar Formula One Stratos 40%, and the windshield tinted with Llumar Air Blue 80. The windshield has multiple treatments of C-Bond nanoshield. Other than wrap and tint it’s all stock, no other modifications. Tires are Conti SportContact 6, new in May 2021, with about 2,000 miles on them. New Interstate battery in September 2022, and always connected to the NSX factory battery tender. Dealer maintained for all routine service and I have all service records. It lives in my climate controlled garage that is also my office, so I see it every day. It’s spotless, for a black car, and it’s five feet from me so it’s easy to wipe it down, dust it, or clean it for the nth time. I also have the car model shipped after delivery and a second model Acura sent me, the NSX Tumi glove box accessory bag, the NSX carbon fiber money clip, and the factory seat covers to protect the seats during shipping. It was delivered to me exactly how it was delivered to the dealer from the PMC in Ohio. One “ding” is a small windshield chip, upper drivers side, from 2018 I picked up when in Wyoming. It’s stable and barely noticeable. The drivers front wheel has a couple small paint chips from normal driving. I’ve done a couple fantastic road trips with it out west in 2018 and 2019. Since then mostly Point A to Point A on backroads across the Maryland and Pennsylvania countryside. I never use the paddles, the transmission is magic in auto mode, it just knows what to do. Amazing. 2018: https://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/threads/nsx-road-trip.577353/ 2019: https://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/threads/nsx-road-trip-v2-0.601722/ Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
A few more pictures. The second picture is from an NSX ad back in the 90s. I found the spot and stopped to take the same picture. GLWS. I remember your trip threads fondly on FChat. I wish I fit as I was cross shopping an Orange NSX versus a 2019 Corvette ZR1 which I eventually bought. Fantastic car and owner.
Thanks for the comments. It's been a fantastic car for running backroads or on road trips. Sure you're enjoying your ZR1. So many nice cars out there.
Agree… lots of good times! I’ve got my eye on an Fcar. See how things work out. I could do both but space would be really tight.
Beautiful NSX, gorgeous photos of it, have enjoyed your threads about wandering in it. Good fortune in your sale!
Near Mt. Rushmore, north of Keystone, SD. 16/16A. It's a beautiful bridge, plus others like it on Iron Mountain Road/16A south of Keystone, Norbeck Wildlife Preserve.
How did you locate the site. Did you use photo AI, fun fact posted on NSXPrime, or did you just happen to know the bridge.
I knew the bridge from being in that area, passed it many, many times, then was looking thru old NSX pics I had and noticed it in a pic. Then, hey, I know that bridge!
And if anyone interested didn't know, there have been recent modifications available that will significantly increase performance. Add a K Tuner by itself or combine it with Pure 900 twin turbocharger upgrade by Science of Speed. I'm not into big mods and typically like keeping cars stock, but I did add the Renntech tune to my S-Class. Big improvement. What these upgrades do for the NSX must be amazing.
that picture near the overpass is really cool. i still remember having NSX brochures as a kid and absolutely worshipping the looks of the NSX. It was so stunning back in the day.
I still have a brochure from back then, it's big, 12x14 or close to it. Need to pull it out and take a look.
I might have to keep the car just to keep the plate. I came up with it from two points - the history of the track with the NSX and the color names Acura gave the NSX. Most don't see it, hidden in plain sight, at least this is what I see in the names. Some are named from F1 track history. 130R White - Famous curve at Suzuka Casino White - Monaco Source Silver - ? Valencia Red - Valencia, Spain (One of the best reds out there) Curva Red - ? Nord Grey - ? (Beautiful color, the most rare) Nouvelle Blue - Monaco Berlina Black - ? (Wish it was metallic)
That's cool, I didn't know that. Props to Honda. Maybe this helps fill in the gaps? Source = La Source (Spa)? Curva = Curva Grande (Monza)? Nord = Nordschleife? Berlina, I don't know. I think that means little sedan. I'm not aware of any corners or tracks of that name.
Such a fun car. Quick drive today to the Diamond Exchange (@Adamas online here) for basic jewelry repair. Excellent shop if you need anything, and they know cars! What a fun drive, damn, it’s perfect for back roads.
