Plenty of people do a bit of wife swapping on the side for instance. If everyone is consensual there's no harm in it. I don't really look down on people doing that.

What I do judge him for is the other things you mentioned. Making rules up on the fly, pushing drivers he doesn't like so much etc. But his sex dungeon activities are his to enjoy and I can laugh about it.
