New year, new thread! post up your STL area spots here! although we probably won't see anything interesting for a few months...
Just can't get on board with the look of the Panamera. If Aston can do such a great job with essentially the same concept for the Rapide and Mercedes with the CLS so why did Porsche come up with an aesthetic turd? Jeff
black Maser QP and black Bentley CFS in downtown Clayton this evening....both absolutely coated with road salt. drive 'em, people! well done!
hey all, a reminder (or perhaps first notice, since word doesn't seem to have gotten around), there is a Cars & Coffee at the Bentley/Lambo dealer this Sat, 1/16 at 9am. They will have both the new Lotus Evora and Maser GT Cabrio on display...
So, was there a good turn out today? We had a list of errands to make today so making it over was not an option. Any mention of the next gathering? How do the new Lotus and Maser look in person? Jeff
turnout was very good, although not many FCA people there (me, Ian & Claudia, and JPM were the only ones I saw). the Evora does nothing for me. the Maser, on the other hand...gorgeous. pretty much makes the Ferrari California irrelevant to me.
Black Flying Spur on Hanley in Clayton and black Silver Spur (mid late 80's I'd guess) with IL plates on Brentwood in Clayton
saw one on my way into school this morning, i've gotta agree, in my opinion, it's just ugly, the station wagon/hatchback look just gives it the wrong tone
Saw this coming. Sucks for Adrian. http://www.fox2now.com/news/ktvi-st-louis-motorsports-arrest-020210,0,4091094.story
All of us may need to keep a lower profile driving around Stl Motorsports; C&C and otherwise. Nothing like some unwanted publicity to wake up the constabulary. Jeff
yep, sports cars just became a convenient target, not only from the police but also the uptight citizen's brigade.
