    I went to town to harass the guys at the pub for a couple of beers. Asphalt contractor says they will be lucky to make a patch work. High tech epoxies included.

    They'll get the 34 or 33 laps of racing out of the patch and unless they block the track with The Big One they won't red flag it... I'm thinking we might just see them test out that "3 tries at a green finish" thing...

    three of the Roush cars have ganged up at the front, they'll be tough to beat.

    close racing, (almost) worth the ridiculous delays.

    If we take out the track issues, it has been a great race, one worth watching. The end was ruined by the two red flag segments.
