2008 HUMMER H2 Limited Edition Ultra Marine

Nice truck. I'm not familiar with this Ultra Marine edition. What about it makes it worth 3x that of a similar 2008 H2?

 

The "Ultra" part, perhaps?

 

Good luck with the sale, that being said good luck getting a third for that H2. Now if it was an H1 maybe but no way here. Am not giving you a hard time and I seriously wish you the best of luck but seriously?

From reading on the net, it seems 112 were made with that blue and those wheels. They came with a luxury package. Other than that, i dont think anything else sets them apart.

 

Hmmm. I owned one of three white F355 GTS cars ever made. Perhaps I should have asked 3k% over the normal asking price for mine based on the ratio of cars made.

Oh well.

While I will be the first to admit that I don't spend a lot of time looking at the collectible H2 market... the price seems breathtaking for what is: a factory optioned, low mileage, 7 year old H2.

For curiosity sake, I had to check KBB... As it turns out, the Marine package deal is an option... so I checked it... along with EVERY other option you could get on an 08 HUMMER. Retail/dealer price was $45k (which still seems crazy to me...)

 

$70k for a Tahoe with a body kit? No thanks.

 

All of them built on GMT900 based platform
GMT910 for GM trucks and H2
920 for Escalade/Tahoe/etc

 

Subscribed so that if this sells, I can start selling conversion kits. Wheels, check (750 buy it now). Blue paint, check.

 

Everytime I see a hummer I hear a little voice in the back of my head. It says: 'MURICA

 

Underpinnings are the same, just different body.

 

I see that it didn't sell and was re-listed at the same price.

Also of comparative note, Dennis Rodman's (horribly painted) former H1 is for sale... for $10k less...

 

It's surprising how these disappeared so quickly. I remember in 2002-2003 they were as strong a status symbol as Porches or Ferrari.

 

Does it come with a hazmat driver's suit?
