Excellent maintenance history and no expense spared by any owner to date. I worked in the dealer network when these cars were new and they were such an improvement over the 996.

Build quality jumped up a few notches and I know this car probably drives quite tight still, even with that mileage. Whoever gets her next should be ready to add another 100k miles.

    Outstanding, GLWS!

Thanks for the comments, Doug. You are spot on with the build quality and driver experience with this 997.1 model. The car has been cared for and maintained extremely well by its three owners, and in return, it takes care of us drivers. I have many great miles of driving the Blue Ridge Mountain roads of North Carolina without missing a beat. A well maintained, high mileage Porsche 997 iteration has to be one of the best driving cars for the money.

Apologies for not responding sooner. Yes, they are. They were present when I got the car in Nov 2020. They have not changed since Ive owned the car. I have recently learned that Porsche has a situation with road-bed chips and gravel getting caught up in the wheel well liner. I think thats what happened here. Its not like that on the driver side.

Yes. The car had a clean borescope performed at 107k miles in May 2020 when new spark plugs were installed.

Greetings FChatters. The car is still available and I am lowering the offering price to $28,000. Its a fantastic drivers example, and I drove it quite a bit this past week.
