Grigio Touring silver over black with a black soft top. One of 472 produced.

    4.2L V8 400 HP at 7,100 RPM, 330 LB-FT, dry sump, 19” wheels, …

Options: Hi-Fi, red brake calipers, CD changer, carbon fiber door inserts, heated and memory driver seats GSport, interior 2 leather, park distance, aluminum passenger footrest, wind stopper, and Xenon headlights.

I'm the fourth owner. I have owned it for seven years, always garaged, car cover, dealer serviced while I have owned it, all service history for that time. It was originally delivered to Ferrari Maserati Seattle and it has been a local car since.

It's a clean car, but it has some small rock chips and the usual wear marks on the convertible top (which are sewn closed by Convertibles Only in Seattle). There are no signs of the heater core leaking. The car does not have sticky buttons because I cleaned them all.

There are no big issues. The AC works, the clock works, the shifts well, and the drive well. There have been no modifications. It sounds great!

Cambiocorsa single-clutch paddle-shift transaxle, but I always drive in manual mode, neutral at stops, minimal downshifts. There isn’t a recent clutch wear reading, but it was at 33% worn in 2019, and the wear rate was 0.6% over 700 miles (2018 to 2019), and I have driven it about ~2,000 miles since. So probably less than 40% worn now.

    Less than 45,000 miles

Tires replaced in 2017 when I purchased the car

    Replaced water/oil pump in 2017

Fixed tonneau cover hydraulics in 2017

    Battery replaced in 2019

Replaced front mail seal in 2023

Three keys, tire inflator kit, tool kit, wind deflector, owner’s manual

    Clean Carfax

    Copy of the window sticker

Additional photos on Google album. Cold start video, window regulators work (video), top works but needs help closing when it gets about 90% of the way.

I would like to sell it to good home, but I do not need to sell.

    Asking $28,500

I had one for many years, nearly identical except the darker gray color with tan seats. Fantastic car. And absurd bang-for-buck, really hard to top in that regard.

I too owned one of these, absurdly cheap for the smiles provided.

I’ve driven coupe versions - Gransport and stick. How’s the convertible version? Detectable chassis rigidity difference relative to coupe? Smooth top down air flow ie no buffeting?

Unfortunately, despite many advanced features on the car, excellent chassis rigidity on the convertible is not one of them. The most noticeable way that appears is the lid of the storage bin between the seats on the rear bulkhead pops open occasionally on a bump when the top is down. Although, it seems like there should be a simple fix for this. Otherwise, wind buffeting is good - especially with the deflectors installed. Also, the convertible version has a shorter wheelbase than the coupes, which is noticeable.

Having owned one, there is quite a bit of cowl shake. but worth it for the top down experience.

    Full throttle shifts sound otherworldly.

Another beautiful Maserati selling for pennies on today's elevated car market.

Of course I own one and am biased, but just can't figure why these have not gone up in value.

If it's the maintenance issue, I have spent way more on Mercedes than the beautiful Italian.

Love your gransport and good luck with sale.

Annual service is just done. No additional service recommendations after they changed the oil and checked the fluids, tires, battery, etc. Also, clutch wear is 39.3%. That is close to my estimate in the first post based on the 2019 reading, so the clutch is wearing very gradually. I have uploaded the service invoice to the above Google Photos drive, too.
