    Hello Gents,

I purchased this fabulous 996 in December to replace my G500. I'm a huge 996 enthusiast and jumped on the car when it surfaced at one of our local authorized Porsche dealers. The reality is this, I'm working from home for the summer and have a 996 Turbo that I'm happy to use to run around. Will then scout a new daily for winter.

    Asking $30,000.

Simply put, this is a great C2. IMS is done, no stories, records, and oil change 2K miles ago. Car performs flawlessly and shows as a 20K mile car. Currently at 66K. Heated seats, aluminum center console and gauges, sport classic II wheels, flared rocker panels, xenon headlamps, and sport exhaust tips.

Having come from widebody cars, this car offers an elegance that I'd forgotten Porsche of old built the brand on, and frankly, it is a remind how far Porsche has deviated. The new cars are spectacular drivers, but this is a little slice of light-footed, narrow bodied 911 that dances through back roads quietly but formidably. It's a fabulous combination of classic ethos with modern reliability and performance at a price-point that is a rounding error on new and vintage cars in the lineage.

Nice 996! Do you know the option code for the flared rocker panels? I didn't even know that was an option.

Thanks. Lowering the car a bit helped with the overall look. I prefer them, frankly.

Thank you! I'll snag the option code from the hood today.

    Grazie. It's a 2003.

Hey Zuk! It's sold. After advertising it outside of Fchat, I had a deposit within 6 hours. 996s are hot nowadays! Good luck in your search.
