Moving from KC to FL and have been actively downsizing the collection due to significantly reduced garage space. This and the Porto will be the last two to be listed.

THIS is my 1999 Ferrari 360 Modena F1 in Argentino Nurburgring with black interior. Assembly No 35422, VIN ZFFYR51A7X0118393. The car has just over 36k miles and a clean "no stories" title. Miles will go up as it's my favorite driver in the garage.

Under my ownership I have completely top to bottom refreshed the car with the best shop in the midwest (and one of the best anywhere) Black Horse Motorwerks under the direct eye of Ferrari master tech Vincent Hill and his world-class team.

We didn't just set out to restore the car to factory condition -- the objective was to build a car that was better than a Challenge Stradale, by leveraging CS or uprated parts, and building something with an even better power to weight ratio and better handling by lightning / tuning + upgrading with modern suspension at a fraction of the price of a true CS.

A high level rundown of major items.
    • new clutch and all associated (throwout bearing etc) ($2,820)
    • full major service (all belts, fluids, etc) ($6,600)
    • replaced alternator and alternator harness ($1,650)
    • Challenge Stradale TCU ($1,500)
    • Novitec (KW2) Coilovers ($7,000) set up to Challenge Stradale specs and ride height
    • all rubber suspension components replaced (flamblocs slientblocs etc) ($3,000)
    • full Hill Engineering suspension components (upper and lower ball joints, tie rods) ($2,500)
    • Mase Engineering tune ($1,000)
    • Tubi Style inconel insulated headers ($6,000)
    • Tubi Style decat ($800)
    • Tubi Style exhaust ($4,000)
    • Challenge Stradale rear grille and carbon fiber mirrors (original mirrors included)
    • Challenge Stradale rear swaybar and associated components
    • rebuilt + repainted brake calipers, new master pump and all new hoses
    • new CV boots, MAFs, and oil pressure sensors
    • lightweight AGM battery (Braille) with bluetooth sensor
    • full carbon fiber interior (all silver factory parts replaced)
    • upgraded Blaupunkt retro stereo + Scuderia Audio Focal 6.5" Hyper Directional Component System with tweeter pods ($1500)
    • Challenge air intake
    • refreshed air conditioning system
    • rebuilt window regulators + rollers, refinished door surrounds and gaskets
    • fixed all sticky buttons
    • uprated metal dashboard vents + stretched / fixed dashboard leather
    • F430 AC vents + F430 AC controls to modernize interior (originals included)
    • replaced headliner with alcantara
    • Scud Ing Swiss uprated F1 relay
    • new Challenge (18") wheels with Michelin P4S tires
    • newly refinished Modena (starfish) wheels with Kuhmo all season tires
    • refinished rear bumper to address a crack.
    • three stage paint correction + ceramic coating + PPF over all wear areas
(entire front + mirrors + rockers) + tinted windows ($3,550)
Literally addressed everything that needed it - lots of little fixes that added up to a lot. A total of $29k in parts and more than $54k in labor invested to complete this build. All extensively documented with pictures and all records.

The results of the three stage paint correction + ceramic coating is hard to convey in pictures. the car looks incredible, the paint looks better than it did when it left the factory. All the original PPF was removed and has been replaced including the entire front to ensure the car remains in amazing condition. The car was ceramic coated with one of the best coatings on the market. The stripes were added over the top of the ceramic coating, and then coated themselves, so they will be easy to remove if you so desire (and I'm happy to remove them if you wish before delivery). I personally like the look and the tie in to the giallo in the shields and brakes.

the only cosmetic or mechanical flaws you can find in the car, going over it with a fine toothed comb: there is a small door ding in paint in the passenger door, it's been touched up by my paint team but to fully address you'd have to repaint the door. There is a small ding from road debris in the passenger side rocker panel, where a rock or something went through the ppf. Close-up pictures of both are in the extensive folder of documentation + pictures for anyone who is interested. As you can see from the interior pictures there is a normal level of wear in the seats for a car from 1999 with 35k miles -- the leather has been treated and conditioned multiple times in my ownership and is in great shape overall. Overall, the car looks phenomenal especially for its age.

Asking $129k or best offer, and will include nationwide delivery OR a first class ticket for you to pick the car up, if you prefer.

I understand the price is high if you look at this as a regular 1999 Modena F1. It's not. This car is not for everyone and if you're looking for the most cost-effective entry into a 360 F1, this is not it. If you value the work that's been done, if you're looking for a extensively restored and fully maintained 360 that's set up to rival / exceed a Challenge Stradale, at a fraction of the price of a CS, that you can drive without the worry of putting miles on a CS, this is for you. Simply put, there's motivation to sell if I can get the right price -- and if not I'm happy to have this stay with me forever as I intended when I built it out.

The car will be located in Kansas City for the next 30 days, at which point it will be shipped to its new life in Florida. Will consider trading towards an FF or GTC4L, but will need to delay the purchase until closing is complete on the new house.

had a lot of conversations but car is still available.

new asking price, $124,950 -- or best offer.

have definitely decided i'm adding a GTC4L to the stable -- so very interested in trading towards a GTC4L or -T or even an FF. Or dealer trade that has one...

We’ve got a house under contract so even more motivated to move this.

Dropping starting ask to $118,900. Lower on Fchat than anywhere else.

As always, asking price is “or best offer.”

willing to listen to interesting trades especially those with back seats.

Last reduction before I make other arrangements.

FCHAT ONLY: $110,000. Or best offer

Interesting trade offers always considered. Worst you can hear is "no thanks" -- but really looking for something with a back seat. Especially a Lusso...

This is a really well presented 360.

That said, I think it’s gonna take 80-85k to move this one.
