Only one picture of the car? Ask for more and you can use Google Images to see if these photos have appeared elsewhere. If he offers another shot of the car, see if it is LHD and has clear turn lenses.
There are more pictures of the car on his Facebook account, the exterior looks clean. I'm going to pass on this just from the lack of response from the owner. Perhaps, there is a local member here that will have better luck. I wouldn't recommend trying to buy and export a car from the island. Although, it's not expensive ($1,200 from San Juan to Jacksonville), it is a process that can be a huge headache.
