1995 Ferrari F355 Berlinetta -Rosso Corsa over Nero -Gated 6spd Manual -24,000 Miles -Fresh Major -Well Documented This is painful to even type right now, but seemingly a necessary evil. I recently was given the option to purchase a Barchetta GTS and according to my lady I am not wealthy enough to keep one of every color lol. That said my Rosso Corsa GTB needs to find someone new to love her. This car is a very wonderful driving 355 and is in great condition. It isn’t a sub 5k mile concourse car but it’s honestly about as nice as can be for a car you actually use. There isn't a weekend that goes by that I can’t wait to drive this thing. In March of this year the car underwent a full major service that was extensive in nature. The normal major service items were accompanied with a clutch, transmission service, AC compressor rebuild, shock rebuild with spring upgrade, new thermocouplers and more. No expense was spared and nothing recommended was denied. The car is 100% right. Documentation can be provided for serious buyers. Tasteful modifications include: LED lights, clear markets, H&R Springs, Carbon diffusers, Challenge grill, Full Tubi exhaust, Hawk brake pads and many other small things. The car is a 3 owner according to the clean car fax. It seems to have spent most t’s life in Florida. From my eye the front bumper has been resprayed but I do believe the rest of the paint is original. I am happy to answer absolutely any questions that anyone has. The car can be viewed in Alpharetta, GA. I also have lots more pictures on a drive folder I can email or text the link to. Title is in my name with no liens. What a beautiful car. With this parked in the garage, never a need for any other. Certainly don't think I could give it up, ever. Wish you best of luck. Can't imagine it will take any time to move. All the best.
Beautiful car! Just curious....have you driven a GTS? If not, I would advise doing that before buying... I've owned both and there is a noticeable difference. Best of luck!
Sorry but how is it painful “again” a couple of months ago you listed your GTS https://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/threads/1995-f355-gts-manual-rosso-corsa-tan.664071/ and then a couple of weeks ago your yellow Berlinetta was on bat being sold by Merlin you sent me a pm about that car since I was looking for one https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1995-ferrari-f355-berlinetta-5/ and now this is your 3rd one but painful? If you are flipping cars I think you should just be direct about it, 3 F355 in a couple of months doesn’t seem like someone sad to part with cars they just bought to flip, nothing wrong with that but no need to tell us it’s painful.
A simple Google of his name shows he is a dealer and/or repair facility for cars. So, I guess do with that what you will.
Not that I feel the need to justify myself to you but you taking a tiny sliver of a story and creating your own narrative isn't really fair. I have not purchased any of these cars for the specific reason to flip for monetary gain, that isn't what I do for a living nor do I have the time for it. I did buy each of them justifying that I would own them for a short period until I found "my car". The simply facts are that for the last two years or more I have been looking for my "forever" 355. I have dug and looked under every rock. In that process I have come across a few cars that I told myself I would own until I found the rare spec that I would never let go. Like anything in my life that snowballed a bit and I ended up with a few at one time. None of them were purchased with the intent to flip but rather drive and own until I found my spec. If that wasn't the case I can promise you I have zero problem with just saying it. This one is painful because it was an internal battle as to if I should just keep this car because it drives so well and the previous owner put a lot of money in it recently. So yes, I debated keeping this and selling the Barchetta car but in the end my heart isn't with Rosso Corsa. I can promise you sir that my integrity is not worth word twisting to sell a car.
www.cicioperformance.com Yes sir, I do own a high end performance company. We don't have our dealers license nor do I flip cars as part of my business. We only build high HP exotics and do engine work. I did not service this car posted however, the previous owner had it done. I have done nothing but drive this car. (I adjusted the ride height if that counts) I did do all the service work on the GTS that was referred to in the previous post as I purchased it knowing it needed to be completely gone through. That was a ton of fun. The new owner of that car is very much enjoying it.
I drove the previous GTS that I had and frankly you are right I like the GTB better. BUT I found a Rosso Barchetta / Tan GTS that I simply had to have because I simply love that color. Regardless of what the peanut gallery seems to think that is why I'm so on the fence about selling this car because it simply drives amazing. But I put the Barchetta car next to it and I simply love that color. I will probably regret it but I hope hot. I have not driven the Barchetta GTS yet because I have decided to dig into doing all the mechanical work it needs first.
I wouldn't worry too much about it. 458piloti lives in the past with regard to Fcar values and never actually buys anything, just lowballs people who actually own 355/360s (but still posts numerous threads about how he is "looking" for a car). Anyone who owns a car for less than 5 years is a flipper in his mind. Beautiful car, I'm sure it will go quickly!
Can speak highly of Nathan Cicio. I was the fortunate buyer of his RC GTS a few months ago. Nothing but transparency and a true gentleman. Not a car "flipper" or speculator. Was a pleasure to deal with and he has his reasons to sell. Hey maybe another lucky Ferrarichat member will end up with this awesome GTB, if I had garage space I would consider buying it as the 355 is the most "Ferrari" Ferrari, period, and the GTBs are awesome cars (used to own one too).
Thank you, I don't know who he is so I was a bit taken back by the accusations. Thank you for posting. Hey man thank you! So glad you are enjoying the car. Also I looked at the Barchetta car that I'm doing a titanium exhaust on and it does have a Tubi or Tub remake exhaust, I just need to pull it out and see if it's real or a copy. I'll do that next week and if it's something you want I'll give send it up for a smoking deal so we can get that GTS some sound for you.
The price as listed as "Asking" but just to be clear I am open to reasonable offers. Even possible partial trades. I believe the price is fair but the top of the market which I feel the car demands, but I would like to move it so reasonable offers will be considered. Don't be scared, worst I can say is no thank you. I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving!
PRICE DROP: $175,000 OBO I have records, tons of pictures and details I can share with a perspective buyer. Reasonable offers considered. Rest assured this car is sorted.
Who cares what Cicio does with his cars…..they are his and his only. If he finds something he likes he makes it happen……I do it all the time. I’ve sold 5 cars in 2022…..I’m a flipper……hell no, I just love driving different cars etc etc.
I honestly think the car does 165k on BAT. Which I'm not sure if I would let it go for or not. Frankly I'm a little tired of the games that go on there. I would really really like to just sell the car to someone privately or in the community that will enjoy it and I can keep in touch with. It is a really nice car!
Considering a poorer example of a Euro spec car sold for more than that, I think this car would do better.
You may be right... if I have it still I spring I may consider listing it on there. This is the only place it is advertised right now... I should probably put it on Hemmings or something as well.
There have been multiple instances now of 355s that didn't sell on this forum, and ended up selling for more than their original asking price on BaT. Unfortunately the enthusiasts are here, but the buyer pool is significantly larger on BaT or others like it.
