1994 Ferrari 348 ts alternator parts

You can send an email (as they advise) to the company at the link I provided giving them the alternator number and you can also attach the pictures. A suitable rectifier will probably be their INR734P. This rectifier has an M6 post which you can replace with the M8 post from your old rectifier (or just use M6). Their replacement for the voltage regulator 126000-1530 is IN436 (https://shop.alternatorparts.com/in436.html).

 

I bought parts from the company for smaller Denso alternators on my two Volvos as both died. Replaced the rectifiers and they have been running fine for a few years now. Also bought a spare rectifier (INR734P) and regulator for my 348's 140A Denso (Ferrari p/n 156235, Denso 101211-7580, final upgrade for the 348) plus brushes, plastic insulators for the rectifier stud etc. I also k.i.v parts for my Daimler Super V8 Denso alternator (for example, regulator from Jag spares suppliers £128.40, equivalent from the mentioned company $49.95)

You alternator with Ferrari p/n 148471 is not listed at Eurospares but Ricambi state that it was superseded with 155785 which is a Denso 105A. This probably means that your alternator is also 105A and, if this is the case, you don't need INR734P (136A) I mentioned earlier but can go for INR736 (110A) or INR742P (120A) and they both come with M8 studs, same as what you have. Anyhow, they will advise you on the suitable rectifier and other parts.

 

The alternator on my 348 is different from what you have.

The direct replacement for your Voltage Regulator is IN436.

If you don't get response to your email, I suggest you order either INR736 or INR742P Rectifier (they are very similar). You can also get 3982033 Brush Holder and 4282310 Battery Post Insulator. The insulator has a 6mm hole so you will need to drill it out to 8mm (they don't have this insulator with an 8mm hole).

 

INR739 was exactly what I bought for my Volvo alternators, works great. If you wish to double-check that this is the correct size for your alternator, you can measure your old rectifier between the points as shown on the picture below. If this is close to 103mm, then INR739 is correct; if close to 113mm, then you would need a bigger, 113mm OD, rectifier. Image Unavailable, Please Login
