    Does anyone know where I can get a replacement transistor for my speedometer? According to my speedometer shop, the transistor reads: BDB 02CM209.

    The transistor is BDB02C, the "M" and "209" are not important, just a symbol for "Motorola" and the batch number respectively. This a 1W PNP amplifier transistor.
