Looks like I have an inner tie rod issue, its loose, I know typically you need to purchase or rebuild the whole rack, anyone know where to get the rebuild parts or possibly a rack ? thanks

Inner tie rod meaning what? Are you talking about the bushing on the passenger's side (for LHD models)? If it's a US, I know someone who can help.

David Lind yes the bushing on front inner tie rod on the passenger side attaches to the steering rack - yes a 1988 US Mondial

The Mondial looks quite cool in white.
I had my rack reconditioned at a place in New Orleans. It was $340 including installation of a bronze bushing to replace the plastic (!) one. (A plastic steering bushing in an $80,000 car; can you believe it?) Let me know if you want more info.
